Refund Policy

Consultation via Telemedicine

If a customer wishes to reschedule or cancel a pre-scheduled appointment for a telemedicine consultation, the customer must do so at least 4 (Four) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. In the event of cancellation, the consumer will not be charged any fees.

If a customer fails to appear for a pre-scheduled telemedicine consultation appointment without canceling or rescheduling the appointment without a valid reason, DoctorAchen team may not allow the customer to schedule an appointment for a certain period.

Depending on the nature and/or reasons, DoctorAchen reserves the right to issue a full or partial refund within 7 to 10 working days to a customer at its sole discretion. All refunds will incur a transaction/payment gateway fee, which will be deducted during the refund's processing.

DoctorAchen recognizes that there may be exceptional and unavoidable circumstances that necessitate a customer's cancellation of a prescheduled appointment with less than four (four) hours' notice; therefore, DoctorAchen reserves the right to waive the cancellation fee in such cases if any.

If a customer does not receive his/her prescription due to a technical error or doctor's mistake on the part of DoctorAchen, he/she will not be charged or if charged for any technical error, then the deducted amount will be added back to customer's account.
